Rev. Julianne Lepp is the Lifespan Minister for the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Eau Claire. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996 with a B.A. in International Studies and a minor in Psychology. Her previous professional experience was primarily in finance as a stock broker, corporate trainer, compliance officer, then manager. In 2002, she also received certificaton from Rising Spirit Institute of Health as a Neuromuscular Therapist, subsequently managing her own massage therapy practice.

Graduating from Candler School of Theology in May 2010 with a Masters in Divinity, she concentrated on themes of Leadership and Community. While in seminary she also completed her UUA ministerial internship at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Atlanta where she gained rich experiences in religious education, worship, justice work, and small group ministry. While in Atlanta, Julianne also worked as a summer chaplain at Crossroads Community Homeless Ministry.

She believes that not only do we minister to each other, but we carry our passions, action and values into the wider world. Outreach and justice work are vital to living out our UU values. Julianne sees her ministerial role as preacher, advocate, dreamer, caregiver, and most importantly as a collaborator.

Julianne's interests include writing, engaged spirituality, gardening, and playing games. She is a published writer, game designer, and poet. She and her husband Karl enjoy collaborating on creative projects. The whole family - including their two sons - enjoy the outdoors, finding new adventures, and nerdy pursuits such as boardgames, video games, and reading books.
